In brief, you should know the following about us: I have been in the bicycle business since 1974. Over the years I have worked at 6 different shops. The one thing that I have learned over the years, besides being a great mechanic, is honor in doing the best you can do for the customer, an unsatisified customer is no longer a customer. The last placed I worked, I bought when Carl decided to retired. He established the company in 1975 and had been responsible for providing outstanding service and bicycle related products ever since, though then it was called Kathy's Schwinn.
