Owned by four young motivated and passionate chefs of Japanese cooking with over 20 years of experience, Taki in Indy is the next adventure in their careers. Having previously owned a successful Japanese restaurant in the capital of Iowa, owners of Taki were attracted to Indianapolis for its vibrant culture, good people, and expanding communities. From the ambiance to the food, the owners have each lent his personal touch. Unique to their competition, the owners personally create, prepare and cook every order, every night.
